1. Who we are
Run of Days ("the App") is developed and operated by Edenspace Oy, a Finnish limited liability company ("we", "us").

2. Health data from Apple Health
With your explicit permission, the App may read:
- Running workouts, including time, duration, distance, pace, speed, and indoor/outdoor metadata
- Workout route data when available, used locally for elevation and route-derived chart values
- Heart-rate samples and resting heart rate when available
- VO2max samples when available
- Optional profile data such as year born and biological sex, used to improve approximate heart-rate zone estimates
This data is used solely to display streaks, summaries, charts, run details, milestones, share cards, widgets, and CSV exports in the App. We do not store Health data on our own servers, and we do not share it with third parties.
3. Local app data
Run of Days may store preferences, milestone state, demo-data state, and a small widget snapshot locally on your device. This lets the App remember settings and lets the widget show your current streak status. This local data is not sent to Edenspace Oy.
4. Diagnostics and performance
Apple may collect anonymized or aggregated crash and performance diagnostics and make them available to developers through App Store Connect and Xcode. This data is used only to improve app stability and performance.
5. Data we do not collect
- No user accounts
- No advertising identifiers
- No third-party analytics
- No third-party tracking
- No payment card details
6. Data retention
- Health data remains on your device and in Apple Health.
- Local app settings remain on your device unless you remove or reset them.
- Apple diagnostics retention is handled by Apple.
7. Your controls and rights
You can manage Health data permissions in iOS settings. EU/EEA users have rights under GDPR; most controls are exercised through Apple Health and device settings because the App does not send your Health data to Edenspace Oy.
8. Children
The App is not intended for children under 13.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes.
